Incognito Market threatens to be not so incognito.

Well, here’s a shocker. Incognito Market, a darknet platform connecting sellers of narcotics to potential buyers, has turned out to be not totally trustworthy.

Drug distributors and buyers alike are being extorted. They're being threatened that their supposedly secure (and in some instances supposedly deleted) non-public chats will be made public except they provide in to their blackmailer’s calls for.

Whoever is behind the scam posted a gleeful message on Incognito Market.

Expecting to listen to the last of us yet?

We got one remaining little nasty suprise for y’all.

Now we have accumulated a list of non-public messages, transaction data and order details through the years. You’ll be stunned at the number of those that relied on our "auto-encrypt" functionality. And by the way in which, your messages and transaction IDs have been never actually deleted after the "expiry"…

Surprise Surprise !!!

Anyway, if something had been to leak to legislation enforcement, I guess no one by no means slipped up. We’ll be publishing the entire dump of 557k orders and 862k crypto transaction IDs at the top of May, whether or not or not you and your customers’ data is on that listing is totally up to you. And sure…

Yes, That is AN EXTORTION !!!

As for the patrons, we’ll be opening up a whitelist portal for them to remove their records as well in a few weeks.

Thanks all for doing business with Incognito Market

For a mere $100 to $20,000 price (relying on how big a player you had been), Incognito Market claims it will shield your info from the prying eyes of legislation enforcement for a mere $a hundred to $20,000 payment (relying on how huge a participant you have been).

Clearly, when you sell unlawful medicine on-line, you are going to care about your popularity and never need to embarrass your shoppers by having any awkward chat logs shared with the world. But can you trust the extortionists not to request an excellent bigger extra ransom payment in case you do give in to their calls for?

What a pickle.

Incognito Market has helpfully published a listing which purports to element who has and who hasn’t already paid the blackmail charge - which may prompt quicker funds.

The attempted extortion happened simply days after thousands and thousands of Bitcoin and Monero were reportedly "exit scammed" from users who out of the blue discovered themselves unable to entry their cryptocurrency funds.

It’s almost as though a darknet drugs market couldn’t be trusted. If it’s not dangerous sufficient that a legislation enforcement company might need managed to infiltrate a criminal darknet site to spy upon communications, it may be that the site itself is out to rip-off you.
